Nights Madefor Dancing
Five nights a week, the wood floors of a 1984 Spanish-Moorish ballroom fill with salsa, bachata, and tango. This is where San Diego dances.
The Room
A ballroom built formusic and movement.
Horseshoe arches, hand-cast relief work, and a domed tower have stood on Del Rey Street since 1984. Tango maestro Ive Simard reopened the room in 2008, and it has been the home of the Salsa, Bachata, and Latin dance community in San Diego ever since.
